The mission is accomplished through Scripture-based teaching, training, mentoring and dialogue. Programs provided by The Marcella Project are: bible studies, books, teaching, public speaking, preaching, a master class, and coaching churches as they open doors for women in leadership. 

The Marcella Project is seeking a Marketing Intern to spearhead marketing efforts!

  • Are you a self-starter?

  • Do you know the ins and outs of social media?

  • Are you comfortable initiating email and phone communications?




  • Marketing of books and bible studies to churches and other outlets

  • Identify public relations opportunities and write and execute press releases

  • Market English and Spanish Bible Study materials

  • Promote and secure speaking engagements

  • Manage content for social media platforms including, instagram, twitter, blogs, Facebook pages, and YouTube.

  • Market and promote programs:

·      She Can Teach Course

·      I’m Enough Masterclass Course

·      Church Leadership Transitioning Women’s Roles



  • Seeking a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications



  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to follow through quickly

  • Must possess a collaborative, positive attitude and work well with team members

  • Must be flexible and adaptable

  • Results-oriented and dependable



This is an unpaid internship.


Duration & Hours

January 2019 through May 2019

Must be able to work 5 – 8 hours a week.



Work from home; meetings with founder and board chair will take place in Coppell or Dallas.
