Together with regional Vineyard leaders, they bring decades of ministry experience, practical coaching, and a shared passion for raising up the next generation of women communicators.
Our Team
Rev. Dr. Jacqueline "Jackie" Roese is the Founder and President of The Marcella Project, dedicated to reshaping views of women in the church through Scripture-based teaching and dialogue. A seasoned public theologian and former Irving Bible Church pastor, she holds a DMin from Gordon-Conwell, an MA from Dallas Theological Seminary, an MA in Women and Theology from Northern Seminary, and spiritual direction training under Franciscan sisters. An international speaker, Jackie has written over 30 Bible studies and authored or co-authored several books, including She Can Teach, Lime Green, I'm Enough, Relationshift, and Between the Lines.

Amanda loves Jesus and hands-on, culturally relevant ministry. She’s passionate about radical hospitality and building community through meaningful relationships. Amanda earned her Master’s in New Testament Theology from Northern Seminary and is now a published author.
Amanda and her husband, Justin, have served in ministry together at Vineyard churches since 2007. She is now the Lead Pastor of Branches Vineyard in Warsaw, Indiana.

Ashley Siri serves as Co-Lead Pastor of Vineyard Community Church in Syracuse, Indiana, and serves with the Vineyard Women's Association. She is passionate about equipping people to know Jesus, grow in their calling, and build healthy churches that transform their communities.

Susie is the Associate Pastor at Vineyard Community Church in Bloomington, Indiana. Susie is working toward a Certificate in Biblical Theology and Ministry through Northern Seminary.
Jenna is a creative and curious professional who enjoys learning, solving problems, and engaging in meaningful conversations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and a Master of Arts from Northern Seminary, experiences that have shaped her into a lifelong learner. She is a passionate preacher and teacher of Scripture with a desire to see others become more holy and whole.
