We’re excited to bring this proven, life-giving training to women leaders across Vineyard USA. ”
Who is this training for?
Teaching is a sacred ministry, and this course is designed for you—whether you want to learn how to study the Scriptures, want to test the waters of teaching for the first time, or are an experienced preacher looking to sharpen your skills and grow your confidence.
Why This Course?
A Female Perspective: We emphasize the female voice, perspective, and stories in the Scriptures, recognizing that women approach the text with unique experiences that are invaluable to the church.
Practical Skills: You will learn how to bridge the gap between the ancient text and your modern-day audience, ensuring your message lands with grace and truth.
Community: You won't be doing this alone. You will find community with other female teachers and preachers, and you’ll have a coach in your corner every step of the way.
What You Will Learn
Our curriculum is built to equip you to:
Study the Bible: Together, we learn to observe, interpret, and apply a passage. You'll master the art of identifying the author's main idea clearly and concisely.
Bridge the Ancient Text With Your Audience: Effective teaching requires knowing the Word and our world. You’ll discover a passage's movement (flow) and how to put it into a short outline with simple, concise sentences.
Put Together a Biblical Message: Learn the art of homiletics—how to use effective introductions, transitions, and illustrations to create a "house" where people want to sit, listen, and grow.
Deliver with Confidence: Confidence is as vital as competence in effective communication. That is why this program goes beyond structural mechanics to help you discover, develop, and fully embrace your unique female voice. By the conclusion of the course, you will stand boldly and deliver a complete 20-minute sermon, backed by real-time, constructive feedback from both your peers and instructors to help you sharpen your impact.
